The Big Fresno Fair

The Big Fresno Fair (District), founded in 1884, is the 4th largest fair in the State of California. The District represents the 21st District Agricultural Association, an entity of the California Department of Food & Agriculture Division of Fairs & Expositions. The Big Fresno Fair has been held at the Fresno Fairgrounds since its inception; the Fairgrounds encompasses 165 acres of land in the City of Fresno, which is owned by Fresno County and leased to the Fair that allows it to continue to operate. Every year in October, more than 600,000 people come together for two weeks to enjoy The Big Fresno Fair the Valleys largest annual event!
