Our ambition is to source the best shellfish from around the world for people in the UK to enjoy. The Big Prawn vision has always been to think BIG, and this was the inspiration for our name. Driving sustainable sourcing practices in our industry was also a major ambition, and thats still as true today as it was back in 1995 when our story began; after more than 25 years in business we think were pretty expert on all things shellfish.
