Welcome to The Career Foundation! We are a results-oriented non-profit organization that has been serving people across the GTHA successfully since 1988. As a Service Excellence Organization, we are committed to providing the highest quality service possible to ensure that our job seeker clients and our employer partners reach their goals. If you are a job seeker, we have 5 full-suite centres across the GTA that can assist you with achieving your goals. We also offer youth programs including Completing the Circle (in Hamilton, Toronto and Mississauga), Youth Job Connection, and Youth Job Connection Summer. We also offer an Empowering Abilities Program, which connects job seekers with a self-disclosed health issue or disability with gainful employment opportunities in the GTHA. Finally, we offer a range of specialized training and placement programs for people interested in carpentry, arboriculture, cannabis production, construction, sales, and healthcare.
