Celtic Bakers Ltd is Londons leading craft bakery- supplying the best hand-crafted breads and pastries across a wonderful array of customers in foodservice, retail and private label. We have a team of 150 people- working in a new, purpose-built bakery in Tottenham, north London. We are exceptionally proud of our working environment, and our bakery is loved by colleagues and customers alike. Perhaps rather obviously, were a business of foodies; we are passionate about organic food- and a love of organic is at the heart of everything we do. The provenance of our ingredients matters to us, and we pride ourselves on having forged relationships with a number of suppliers over the years who share our values and our ethos. We also take the environment, and food waste, very seriously. 100% of our food waste is either recycled into animal feed or donated to local community projects.
