Mr Khan is a Barrister based in London with 25 years experience having been Called to The Bar in 1988 by Middle Temple. He has substantial experience of undertaking a broad range of matters from persons, corporations, governmental bodies and foreign governments, both domestically and / or from around the world including advising and representing in trials, appeal courts and/or tribunals. Mr Khan particularly excels in cases with a complex forensic, scientific, technical or financial background and has been instructed to act alone when the opposition have instructed both Queens Counsel and Junior Counsel against Mr Khan. He has succeeded in cases when acting alone when the other side has both Queens Counsel and Junior Counsel.
