The Changery is a boutique consultancy specialised in the psychology of change. From our head office in Amsterdam we work with clients around the world. With expertise in both behaviour change and leadership, we support management teams in organisational change processes, we coach multi-cultural teams, leaders and professionals and we connect people at all levels of an organisation. Years of change experience in consultancy and corporations taught us change needs a different approach. Organisations and people cannot be changed in a cold way. It requires people to connect as humans. Plans may look great on paper, but will not lead to results if people dont trust each other to collaborate.
