The Commitment House

The Commitment Houses mission is to provide a personcentered program that instills the tools to maintain long-term sobriety; by changing the way people live and think. Our program is open to anyone struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. Our licensed and certified staff includes: Medical Doctor, Psychiatrist, APRN, LCSW, LPCCs, CADC, TCADC, RN, LPNs and Targeted Case Managers and Licensed & Certified Adult Peer Support Specialists as well as RN and LPNs. The Commitment Houses vision is to create a program where treatment and recovery work together to produce a better outcome. We want to walk with our clients through a stepdown program which includes Detox with Residential Treatment to Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP), to Outpatient, to Sober Living, and then to transition back out into the community as a beneficial member of society.
