The Concord Coalition

The Concord Coalition is a nonpartisan, grassroots organization dedicated to educating the public and policymakers on the importance of generationally-responsible federal budget policy and how to build a sound fiscal and economic foundation for the future. Concord was founded in 1992 as late U.S. Senators Warren B. Rudman (R-NH), Paul Tsongas (D-MA) and the late Peter G. Peterson to be the voice of concerned citizens that are motivated, like the Minutemen at Concord, Massachusetts, to take a stand for future generations of Americans. Concord believes, along with its volunteers across the nation, that we have a moral obligation to leave the country better off for our children and grandchildren.
