The Consortium Queensland

The Consortium Qld is a boutique hospitality group located on Brisbanes bayside. Its flagship venue Tide on the Jetty is located on William Gunn Jetty at Manly, overlooking the glistening waters of Moreton Bay. The modern and sophisticated space has become a popular dining destination for both locals and visitors since its opening in 2016. The Consortium Qld opened its second venue, The Arsonist in 2021 - a luxe dining and specialty bar, where fire is the hero. The Arsonist fuels a multi-sensory dining experience with its intimate and moody environment, sensually indulgent decor, and evocative sounds and aromas of cooking with fire. In 2022 SeaVibes joined the family, a corner venue right next door to the Arsonist offering relaxed dining and craft beers.
