As Aotearoa New Zealands largest theatre company, The Court Theatre has been a part of the Otautahi Christchurch and Waitaha Canterbury community for 50 years. We aim to enrich, support and sustain our audiences by providing theatre of the highest quality. As a proudly Aotearoa New Zealand theatre we celebrate the voices of this country and its peoples on stage, regularly programming original and established Aotearoa New Zealand theatre work as well as commissioning and developing original Aotearoa New Zealand plays.
