Our founder Mariska Bank learned the ropes of the business while working for Models At Work, our renowned partnering agency with 20+ years of operational excellence under its belt. In just a couple of years, Mariska worked her way up from hostess to production leader and booker, gaining insights on the front lines and behind the scenes. At the age of just 24, she forged an entrepreneurial partnership with her former employer to create a young, no-nonsense event staffing agency: The CRW, making Gen Z work for you. In the workforce, Gen Z plays hard to get. Yet we get them to work and play hard for you. The only thing they say no to is nonsense.
