Sitting on the banks of the Saigon River, a short 15-minute journey from the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, we are recognised as one of the best destinations in the city. OUR CHEF Our Executive Chef Cao Minh Lam joined The Deck pre-opening and now leads a professional team of 24 kitchen staff. We have a global menu incorporating a sharing Pan-Asian experience, modern and exciting, using the best and freshest local ingredients. Seafood is flown in directly from Phu Quoc Island, vegetables from Da Lat, and meat from Australia and New Zealand. The menu is simple focusing on single ingredients.
