The Dulwich Estate

The Dulwich Estate manages over 1500 acres of South London, maintaining and developing the character and vibrant neighbourhoods unique to Dulwich, and generating income for charitable purposes through commercial and residential lettings. We enable educational opportunities and support students at seven outstanding schools. We provide sheltered homes for the elderly in Dulwich, and a place of worship in the local community. We also believe in creating an outstanding living and working environment which can be enjoyed by all. We provide funding for a range of educational support, including means-tested bursaries, to: Alleyns School Central Foundation Boys School Central Foundation Girls School Dulwich College James Allens Girls School (JAGS) St Saviours and St Olaves Girls School St Olaves Grammar School We also support The Dulwich Almshouse Charity and Christs Chapel of Gods Gift at Dulwich.
