The Economics Society of Maulana Azad College believes that true education lies beyond the confines of a classroom. Not only is economics a vast and a multi-dimensional discipline but is also highly relevant to our daily lives. The purpose of this society is for students to further develop their comprehension of economic and business issues and how they relate to the world at large. We aim to provide a platform to learn and excel in employability skills. We desire to create a community of highly skilled individuals with the help of regularly held debates, quizzes, lectures and discussion panels by professionals, workshops etc. We encourage anyone, irrespective of their streams to help us create a platform and a community for our shared passion for economics.
