The Economics Society of St. Stephens College strives to inculcate an academic culture of seeking knowledge in the vast multi-faceted discipline of economics. As a departmental society, we attempt at taking our learning beyond the confines of the classroom. Through events like quizzes, debates, excel simulations and committee simulations, we aim at discussing economics in non-conventional ways. Yet, we give adequate emphasis to lectures and panel discussions to interact with professionals and learn about the applications of the theory we love reading about.
