THE ED LADDER is a 501c3 organization that supports underserved learners through strategic, supplemental educational services. The Ed Ladder believes that education is pivotal in building successful individuals and productive citizens. We serve through strategic supplemental teaching and these encompass skill-building in specific subject areas, schoolwork assistance with study skills, diagnostic, interim, and post-program assessments, personalized goal setting and learning plans, and ongoing progress monitoring and reporting Instruction is delivered outside regular school hours by qualified, experienced teacher in 1-on-1 regularly scheduled sessions at a venue that is accessible to the student.
