The Empowerment Factory is a 501 (c ) 3 non-profit dedicated to creating happier, healthier and more empowered people. We do this through programs, projects and events. The organization focuses on three areas of development: creativity, self-esteem and civic pride. Its project-based approach encourages a balanced combination of individual thinking, peer interaction, teamwork and creativity.
