The First Watch Group was co-founded by Patrick Walsh and Ed Dolanski. We focused on an alternative to the existing industry model that we experienced for several decades as business leaders. Focusing on what we appreciated from consulting partners and directly addressing the undesirable attributes, we established a set of guiding principles. You will find all of these incorporated into every proposal and practiced in every engagement. - The client sets the pace and scale of the engagement controlling expense in real-time as the project progresses. - FWG will never drive scope increases or up-sell. The project objective remains clear and in focus. - FWG provides experienced executive-level resources only.
