The RCORP-Rural Center of Excellence on SUD Recovery at the Fletcher Group is a 501c3 not-for-profit that provides rural communities with the Technical Assistance needed to address the OUD & SUD crisis with safe, sustainable Recovery Housing. The Fletcher Group was founded in 2017 by Ernie and Glenna Fletcher to expand nationwide the innovative and highly successful Recovery Housing model Fletcher developed when Governor of Kentucky. That program, called Recovery Kentucky, eventually grew to 18 facilities and has helped thousands of Kentuckians recover from addiction while saving millions in taxpayer dollars. Its success has been documented in detail for eight consecutive years by university researchers, providing an unmatched volume of high-quality data with outcomes equal to or exceeding those found anywhere else.
