The Foster Company is a full service Property Management Company, specializing in the strategic planning and management of condominium, commercial and homeowner associations. Foster Joe Scott created the business model for The Foster Company in 1993, in response to the markets need for consistent quality in the level of service provided to community association boards of directors and the homeowners they serve. We pride ourselves on the long term relationships we have developed with our communities, as well as the continuity of employee tenure of The Foster Company team. Of the 3,500 units/homes we service, over 80% of those communities have been serviced by The Foster Company for more than fifteen years.
