We use only the finest quality ingredients and UK locally sourced meat to produce the finest quality sausages and other value added meat products for the best hotels, restaurants and bistro bars in London and Kent. We won Gold at the BPEX sausage awards for the last three years running and came second in the annual World Black Pudding Championships in France.
