And the professionals being served by us has expanded to included Dentists, Certified Public Accountants, Physicians and Optometrists. John D. Cappelmann, Jr., our Chairman and founder, set the direction and growth of the agency by providing insurance advice to professionals with a personal touch. Today, John (Chip) D.
