Depending upon a Clients specific needs, Sollitt offers a variety of customizable methods for delivery of project services. -Preconstruction Consulting- Through our early involvement as a member of a strong, proactive project team, we help the Client develop project goals related to scope, budget, schedule, and level of quality. Consulting services include estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling, site utilization and logistics, phasing analyses, and bid packaging recommendations. Services are provided on a custom basis as needed for a negotiated fee. -Construction Management- Based on a negotiated fee, Sollitt manages the construction process from initial planning to final completion.
