The Good Companions Seniors Centre

The Good Companions is a non-profit multi-service seniors centre and community support services agency. For 67 years, we have developed and delivered programs and services to enhance the social, cognitive, physical, and emotional health and well-being of older adults. We are proud to be a leading LGBTQ2+ seniors centre. The community centre boasts of a craft room, woodworking room and an Adult Day Program. Adult Day Program is a therapeutic program for adults with early onset to mild Alzheimers or Dementia or who are frail and elderly. for seniors who require minimal assistance with day-to-day activities. We provide a range of fitness, language and recreational classes. We enjoy hosting special events and offer daily hot meals and package frozen meals for those unable to come in-person for a meal.
