The Hazel Project

The Hazel Project embraces those involved in the research and development of child focussed strategies to ensure that children in care have the best experiences. It brings together Diverse Care and Xcel 2000, fostering organisations which both received Outstanding Ofsted inspections in 2021 and 2022 and THP properties, formed in 2021 to look at assessing children who might otherwise be destined for residential care for fostering.
