The Hive Youth Zone, Wirral

Wirral Youth Zone - named by local young people as The Hive - is a purpose-built, state of the art, iconic facility for Wirrals young people aged 819 (up to age 25 for young people with additional needs) on Bright Street in Birkenhead. Were here to ensure every young person on the Wirral has somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to. The Hive is fizzing with incredible activities for young people to try and take part in - including sports, fitness, dance, arts, music, media, enterprise, cooking, mentoring, wellbeing and self-development. The Hive boasts a high spec music room, a 4G rooftop pitch, enterprise media suite, climbing wall, multi-use four court sports hall, cafe, dance studio, gym, cooking area, general recreation area and much more.
