The Hot Yoga Spot is the Capital Regions premier hot yoga and barre fitness facility with five locations in Albany, Clifton Park, Latham, East Greenbush and Saratoga Springs. The first studio opened in 2010 and the sixth, and most recent, in early 2018 in the Southern Tier. Founded by Jessica Fuller, The Hot Yoga Spot offers a warm atmosphere, talented instructors and a caring staff, dedicated to the health and wellness of all. With a diverse and robust schedule of more than 200 classes each week, The Hot Yoga Spot offers classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners, fitness enthusiasts and athletes, expectant mothers and young children. The Hot Yoga Spot is committed to its community and neighbors and holds weekly by-donation classes for local charities, sessions for veterans and first responders and for those recovering from addiction.
