The story of The Job Connection begins years before we opened our doors with this particular name. Prior to being known as The Job Connection, the founders decided to become part of a hiring agency franchise. After seeing an advertisement for a franchising opportunity, the newly retired founders decided to use their newfound free time for good, and so they did! This chapter, or preface, spanned the decade between the years 1990 and 2000. Throughout those ten years, the teams particular franchised branch was the #1 branch in the nation. When the 21st century rolled around, the team decided to sell back the franchise and one day later, they opened their doors as The Job Connection.
