As a jointly administered labor-management training trust fund, we provide construction training to signatory contractors and LIUNA members in 12 counties in Southern California. Our training includes classroom instruction and practical application. Our goal is to provide students with a clear understanding of best practices in the construction industry and allow them to demonstrate their knowledge through hands-on training and assessments.
