The LaFayette Hotel will be a new kind of Hotel in San Diego, located in North Park a neighborhood that has strong local idiosyncratic characteristics, the LaFayette has been a landmark in the neighborhood for the past 70 years, and we are currently investing $30 million into a re-birth that can juxtapose its history with modern-day San Diego, years in the making...We want to challenge preconceived notions in our industry and push the needle in our city, not only in terms of hotels but in the ways that culture can intersect with hospitality. CH Projects is approaching its 15th anniversary in San Diego, and while weve grown, the things we truly care about have remained the same.
