TLC imagines a world where our refugee neighbours feel celebrated, valued and at home. So much more than their label, every refugee is recognised as an individual with unique skills and talents. Togetherness is at the heart of everything we do. We stand side by side with refugees and employers, devoting time, energy and love to our unique job-placement service. Steered by refugees, for refugees, we forge lasting relationships between employers and talented refugees. Businesses are supported to become refugee-friendly, whilst refugees are empowered to unlock their potential through our training and learning packages. TLC recognises refugee employment as a cornerstone of social change. Being able to work allows our refugee neighbours to contribute to their community; it fosters purpose and creates value.
