Founded in 2012 as Summit Executive Recruiting, The Leaders Lab has grown into a premier leadership recruiting agency by maintaining the same, simple mission. After spending over twenty years as a senior-level leader in operations and business-to-business sales, The Leaders LAB President and Founder, Ken Eslick, saw that there was a niche to fill in the recruiting world.
