In 2007, the desire to create a hotel group was born, but it was in March 2008 that The Lince Hotels & Resorts brand was born. We acquired our first hotel in Ponta Delgada, Sao Miguel Island in the Azores, The Lince Azores Great Hotel. With a broader business vision, we invested in rural tourism linked to nature and acquired The Lince Nordeste Country and Nature Hotel, located in the northeast of Sao Miguel.
