The Link WLU

The Links mission is dedicated to connecting past, present and future students within Wilfrid Laurier Universitys School of Business and Economics, the community and internationally by promoting leadership and networking opportunities in a professional manner. The Link strives to create an environment where students can grow on an academic, professional and personal level. Since its establishment in April 2002, The Link has provided Wilfrid Laurier Business & Economics students the chance to connect and network with future students, past students, and university faculty. Our first event was The Leadership in Business Conference, which allowed university students to teach high school students business skills in a friendly yet competitive environment. The Link began to expand its portfolio in 2008 with the introduction of Steer Your Career, a formal wine and cheese networking event.
