The Melbourne Mining Club

The Melbourne Mining Club (MMC) is a not-for-profit joint venture between the AusIMM and the Minerals Council of Australia to promote the minerals industry and offer a networking forum for those operating in this vital sector of the Australian economy. Formed in 2001, MMC has become a pre-eminent resource industry forum and networking opportunity provider. A volunteer-based Steering Committee organises six bi-monthly industry lunches that attract speakers from the worlds leading mining and mining services companies, and five popular Cutting Edge events for the small-and medium cap companies. MMC also runs the annual Melbourne Mining Club in London dinner which is a highlight of the global resource calendar.
