The Melbourne Sports Medicine Centre was founded in 1992 by Dr Philip Perlstein, Dr Harry Unglik, Roger Moore and Gordon McDonald who, at the time, were the medical team at North Melbourne Football Club. Their vision was to create a clinic that provides quality care for both elite and recreational athletes along with all members of the community. Our clinic continued to provide members of the medical teams for North Melbourne and Carlton Football Clubs for over 25 years.
