Founded by commercial real estate broker, Maxwell Baker, our company was designed for one purpose--helping mobile home park owners buy and sell their communities nationwide. Since our start in 2010, we have had the opportunity to help a tremendous amount of park owners, completing over 300 successful sales transactions and successfully closing well-over $900 Million dollars worth of mobile home communities. In 2014 and 2015, MHP was responsible for approximately 80% of all the mobile home park transactions in the state of Georgia, and in 2016 we grew our presence, helping those in Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. In 2019, we have increased our reach to the Midwest, and further Northeast in states such as Michigan, Kentucky, and New York, and will continue to expand our impact across the country.
