NCC is an independent nonprofit counseling center, offering quality mental health services to all who seek it, regardless of faith, financial means, ethnicity, social situation, or sexual or gender identity. A sliding scale fee is offered for the uninsured or the underinsured. We believe that access to quality and affordable mental health care is a human right. NCC provides individual, couple, child, and family counseling, marriage preparation, and educational workshops.
