The Pearson Room is a casual yet sophisticated restaurant and cocktail bar serving an eclectic all day menu and cocktails inspired by the seasons. The full menu is available throughout the bar, lounge and dining areas; perfect for long lunches or after-work drinks that continue into the night. The interior draws inspiration from a broad description of a 1950s stylised Hitchcock approach to design; born from an era in which the traditional attitudes of the time were challenged and that have endured in the decades to come and right up to the present day.
