Its time to rethink traditional approaches to workplace diversity and inclusion. Despite decades of good intentions, too many efforts have fallen short. At The PhD Project, were charting a different course, working to build a more diverse workforce by targeting the most reliable source of great leaders: Americas business schools. By creating a more diverse population of business PhDs, we are transforming business education and transforming business for everyone. We are a growing community of educators, students, and business leaders who share our conviction that meeting the challenge of building diversity in our workforce demands the same qualities that have built the American economy: innovation, entrepreneurialism, and determination.
