An integral belief of the Wave Group is to give back and empower communities that it serves through its CSR arm The Ponty Chadha Foundation. The Foundation has been initiated by Mrs. Jatinder Kaur Chadha in February 2013, in the memory of her late husband, the erstwhile visionary chairman of the WAVE Group; Mr. Ponty Chadha. The CSR activities currently address hunger and food security, community health, education and training, sports among children and propose to impart skills training for rural and urban disadvantaged youth
