In 1989, Liam LaHart and his cousin, the late Oliver Hughes, were independent Irish brewers who set up the successful Porterhouse Group, which operates both nationally and internationally now including bars, restaurants, a brewery, a distillery, warehouse and distribution and a production kitchen. With over 500 people employed across the company, The Porterhouse Group boasts an exceptional team with substantial experience in the food, craft beer and spirit business.
