The Recess College

The Recess College was founded by Elisabeth Henderson in 1988 to offer experience of personal transformation, leadership and authenticity towards others. The aim of The Recess College is to equip you for leadership at work and in the rest of your life. To enable you to make an impact in the workplace with a fresh perspective and heightened personal awareness of yourself and your leadership style. Our programmes are often experienced as highly condensed versions of real-life in a different setting. You learn about the demands of self-leadership and leadership of others in organisations through a community of shared purpose created by the participants.
