The Restaurant At Kellogg Ranch

Signature Polytechnic Experience Overlooking beautiful, rolling hills, the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch at Cal Poly Pomona boasts one of the areas most romantic and chic settings. Operated and managed by hospitality management students, the restaurant embodies Cal Poly Pomonas learn-by-doing tradition and is a central component to food and beverage emphasis of The Collins College of Hospitality Managements curriculum. Seasonal Menu The menu at at the RKR often features fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs from the restaurants one-acre, award-winning culinary garden giving students a farm-to-table lesson in seasonal menu planning and preparation. The garden, nestled on the eastern hillside just outside of the restaurant, is maintained by Don B. Huntley College of Agriculture students and harvested by hospitality management students.
