The Re-Wired Group is a product and business development consulting firm based in Michigan. The work that we do is focused on a framework we call Demand-Side Innovation. By focusing on the jobs-to-be-done that consumers have, we work to create and implement demand-generation systems (improved products, and new products and business models). The concept of Demand-Side Innovation is based on the fact that there is an oversupply of innovation & technology, and that consumers simply dont know how to fit all of it into their lives. By researching and prototyping, we discover how consumers define the progress that theyre trying to make in their life (their value-code) as it directly relates to our clients product. This information enables us to closely match our clients offering to the consumers job-to-be-done.
