The Roost Rotisserie

The Roost is the name and Chicken is our game! (Get it? Sorry we love our puns). We are a homegrown concept developed by a husband and wife team setting out to provide what we like to call an affordable luxury experience focusing on BEST OF LOCAL PRODUCE with a particular focus on FRESH, FREE RANGE, ANTIBIOTIC-FREE and HORMONE-FREE chicken cooked in good ol rotisserie fashion. In fact, with the concept being parent-owned, the produce used in the restaurant is the exact same one we cook for our kids. We also specialise in Broth and produce fresh in our kitchen every day alongside other handmade dishes, salads and sandwiches. Even the sauces are made by hand in our shop and are all made with no refined sugars (that is why you will find Banana Ketchup on the menu). No wonder we were nominated for and won the award for Best Healthy Restaurant in Dubai in 2018.
