The Salvation Army has been working with individuals involved in the justice system in Ontario for many decades. The Correctional & Justice Services department of The Salvation Army delivers a variety of programs and services for youth and adults who have come into conflict with the law. Community Service Order Program The Salvation Army Correctional & Justice Services believes that all people are capable of positive change. We partner with the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services (MCSCS) to facilitate client completion of Community Service Order (CSO). The case manager meets individually with clients in their Probation Officers office or at 77 River Street Toronto to assess suitability for community supervision and obtain an appropriate placement for the client.
