Who We Are Our New Jersey Divisional Headquarters is located in Union, NJ and operates under the leadership of Majors James and Sue Betts. This administrative headquarters oversees all operations and programs for service-providing units of The Salvation Army throughout the State of New Jersey. To effectively minister and serve within such a large area, the New Jersey Division has 28 Corps Worship & Community Centers which are the most basic service components of The Salvation Army, providing religious and social services adapted to the needs of their communities.
