The Schools HR Co-operative is an independent school specific HR service which operates out of two office locations in the London Borough of Hillingdon. In 2011 we transferred out of the local authority and now support over 120 schools and academies within Hillingdon, our neighbouring West London boroughs, and Thames Valley counties. Our aim is to support schools and academies to effectively manage their human resources to the best effect so that they can focus on their core objective of enabling the children in their care to receive a better education and better life chances and in a safe environment....
