The Society of the Golden Keys of Great Britain & the Commonwealth

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in The Society of Golden Keys of Great Britain. We are a friendly association of hotel concierge who are affiliated to the Union Internationale des Concierges dHotels Les Clefs dOr. In the way that Champagne can only come from the Champagne region of France, a Les Clefs dOr Concierge can only come from a hotel. To become a member, an applicant must have served a minimum of five years as a concierge, be proposed by two members who have themselves been members of the Society for at least three years. The applicant will be interviewed and tested by a panel comprised of Committee Members and Honorary Life Members. Once their knowledge, experience and integrity has been ascertained, their application will be presented to the entire Membership for approval.
